FIRST SEVEN STAR RATED CBSE SCHOOL IN PUDUCHERRY.

The school which is affiliated to Senior Secondary Level by CBSE and an ISA awarded school has been honoured with the most prestigious “The High Performing School Award” with “A Seven Star Rating” by the CED Global Foundation. Among Top 250 Schools,100 schools were shortlisted. Out of that 97 Schools were rated” Five Stars” and 3 Schools were rated “Seven Stars”. Education World India School Rankings 2021-22 & 2022-23

The annual Education World India School Rankings (EWISR), which rates and ranks primary-secondary schools countrywide which at that time were mainly reputed for academic education, has evolved and matured into the world’s largest schools rating and ranking initiative.

For this annual exercise, over 14,000 sample respondents including eminent educators, principals, teachers, parents and senior school students are interviewed by field personnel of our valued partner, the Delhi-based Centre for Forecasting & Research Pvt. Ltd (C fore, estb.2000), a nationally reputed market research and opinion polls company. They are asked to rate schools in their zonal region under each parameter on a scale of 1-100 with the critical parameter of teacher competence accorded double weightage. The scores awarded to schools under each parameter by the sample respondents are totalled and schools are ranked inter sensationally, in the states and cities.

Achariya Siksha Mandir is ranked Puducherry's #1 Co-ed Day School in the Education World India School Rankings 2021-22 & 2022-23.

This year marks my seventeenth year in education. I have varied experience as a teacher and school leader. For the first seven years of my career I served at both the Primary and middle school levels, teaching a variety of grades and content areas. I then served for two years as a Vice- Principal, and for the last four years as a Principal in ACHARIYA SIKSHA MANDIR, Senior secondary CBSE School, Puducherry

We know that students must be prepared for a new world: a world where our children will have jobs in industries that may not even exist yet. They will need to think flexibly, collaborate meaningfully with others, and be problem finders. Because of this, we must prepare our students to become thinkers and active participants in the process of learning. We are committed in creating a culture of thinking at ACHARIYA SIKSHA MANDIR where staff and students are continuously learning and growing together.

Teaching, Educating and Creating next generation leaders are my PASSION
I have started my career as a Teacher in 1997, handled chemistry and produced extra-ordinary results in Higher Secondary Board Examinations. ACHARIYA family welcomed me in the year 2006, as a Teacher for chemistry and lifted me as a leader, Vice Principal in the year 2013. I had immense joy in developing my children as professionals and disciplined personalities.

In the year 2019, I took up the responsibilities as a Principal. I design lesson plan and curriculum to motivate my teachers to inspire their children in studies as well as in extra-curricular activities to build a sound and strong personality.

With all joy and happiness, I emphasis in cultivating leadership qualities both in children and teachers, make them understand the importance of maintaining a good rapport with each and every body, in campus and society.

I see greatness in each and every children , teachers and do motivate to bring that greatness out of them. Being an enthusiastic Principal, I have educationally enlightened, technological savvy and open to pedagogical changes to create a positive and challenging learning environment in my Campus. It is my mission ‘to provide each child get exposed to opportunities and build in confidence and self reliance in every sphere of life in collaboration with family and community’
